Overview

Growing up in Loveland watching her father practice law, Rebecca Burton set her sights on becoming an attorney early. She attended the University of Denver Law School while raising her teenagers with the goal of working as a trial lawyer and taking over her father’s estate planning practice.

During her time in practice, she has successfully handled thousands of cases for clients, recovering millions on their behalf. She is driven by getting to know her clients and their needs at a personal level. Whether planning their estate, effectively distributing assets to heirs, or navigating the intricacies of a car accident, she recognizes the complexity of these legal issues and strives to find all ways to make this experience easier for clients.

Rebecca has made it her mission to continue giving back to her community throughout her life and career. She’s been involved in numerous local projects including Friends of Hospital, Philomatheon Club, Rotary, and PEO for the last three decades. She’s also served as a board member and fundraiser for Pioneer School, House of Neighborly Service, Mountain Prairie Girl Scout Council, Sculpture Invitational and McKee Wellness Foundation.
