Overview

Alexander Beale has earned a reputation as a leading Colorado plaintiff’s lawyer after serving hundreds of clients covering all aspects of the preparation and trial process, including discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and litigation. He represents clients injured by car crashes, slip and fall accidents, and dangerous products.

He maintains a proven record of success advocating for clients through settlement and trial, providing personalized support and guidance in each case. He believes that every case is unique and works with his clients to tailor individual strategies based on their needs.

Prior to founding his own firm in 2023, he launched his career and honed his trial skills for more than five years at one of the biggest plaintiff’s law firms in Colorado. During that time, he set himself apart recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients in class action and personal injury cases.

He achieved several noteworthy outcomes in class and putative class actions related to data breaches, securities violations, deceptive business practices, and ERISA violations including:

  • In re Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P. Securities Litigation, United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, Case No. 18-cv-00714-JAM-AC (involving allegations of federal securities law violations and breaches of fiduciary duty for reverse churning)
  • Birse v. CenturyLink, Inc., et al, United States District Court for the District of Colorado, Case No. 1:17-cv-02872-CMA-NYW (involving breaches of fiduciary duties to properly design, manage, operate, monitor, and administer an ERISA plan)
  • Brown v Nationwide Life Ins. Co., et al, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Case No. 2:17-cv-00558-ALM-CMV (involving overcharging of fees to ERISA plan)
  • Kipling v. Flex, Ltd., et al, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, Case No. 5:18-cv-02706-LHK (involving violations of federal securities laws)
  • Heidbreder v. Epic Games, Inc., United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, Case No. 5:19-cv-00348-BO (involving the breach and exploitation of consumers’ personally identifiable information)
  • Herrera et al. v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. et al., United States District Court for the Central District of California, Case no. 8:18-cv-00332-JVS-MRW (class action alleging that Wells Fargo failed to refund customers fees paid for Guaranteed Auto/Asset Protection after customers paid off their finance agreements early)
  • Martin, et al. v. Toyota Motor Credit Corp., United States District Court for the Central District of California Case, No. 2:20-cv-10518-JVS-MR (class action alleging that Toyota failed to refund customers fees paid for Guaranteed Auto/Asset Protection after customers paid off their finance agreements early).

Today, he routinely tries cases to verdict and argues issues on appeal for clients. His success has earned him recognition as a Top 40 Under 40 civil plaintiff’s attorney by the National Trial Lawyers and as a Lawyer of Distinction.

Alex earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Italian from Susquehanna University and his J.D. from Widener Commonwealth Law School in 2018.

A proud first-generation member of his mother’s family born in the U.S., Alex is also active in the Italian-American community. Fluent in Italian,  he also belongs to the Sons and Daughters of Italy and the Italian American Business Association.
